RENTAL HOUSING SERVICE PROCEDURES
July 2007
PURPOSE: To provide clear guidance for requesting rental housing service.
Normal Work Hours: Contact Rental Housing Customer Service Desk during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm at
pps@sewanee.edu or 598-1358.
During non-business Hours: Contact the Police Department Dispatcher at 598-1111 for after hours emergencies.
1. Police Department Dispatcher will contact the on-call rental housing employee.

2. If Police Department Dispatcher is unable to contact on-call rental housing employee he/she will contact the Assistant Director of Physical Plant Services.
